Mr. Czyzewski is a dedicated Senior Program/IT Manager & Director with over twenty (20) years of experience in various industries, including Retail, Manufacturing, Waste Management, Federal Government, Banking, and Healthcare. He is a respected leader and builder of customer-focused teams who instills a shared, enthusiastic commitment to customer service as a key driver of goal attainment, while maintaining a solid vision and flexibility in delivery.
He has led several different programs, simultaneously managing multiple contracts & deliveries with total values in excess $50 Million, and managed annual budgets as large as $10 Million. He has overseen staff sizes as small as 6 persons, and multi-tiered divisions as large as 58.
His Program and Portfolio management experience has been heavily aligned with the Agile processes but has experience with Waterfall methodologies as well.
