As you will note, I am a dedicated Information Technology Program Delivery Director / Federal Program Manager with over 20 years of experience in the field. I have worked in various industries, including extensive Manufacturing, Banking, and Federal Government experience, as well as Retail, and Hazardous Waste. I have multiple management and technology-related certifications, including my Project Management Professional (PMP) from the PMI, ISC(2) Certified Internet System Security Professional (CISSP), and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), ITIL Foundation, and several MS & Oracle technical certifications.  Further, I am pursuing my degree in Organizational Management from the University of Arizona, and am scheduled to graduate this fall.

I’m currently a Sr. Technical Program Manager (Vice President) for JP Morgan Chase, responsible for the Wholesale Payments Case Management group in the Community and Investment Bank Division, overseeing the entire Agile SDLC for the cloud-based case management application development and support.

I was reduced from my previous role with Ventech as Director of Federal Solution Delivery, due to corporate restructuring.  I’m able to provide a letter of reference from Herb Jones, the CEO and to whom I directly reported for a majority of my time there.   While there, I managed nearly a dozen contract deliveries for federal contracts in excess of $50 Million.  The management included staffing, training, coaching, mentoring, and discipline for a geographically dispersed workforce. Before the restructuring began, I had 58 people at various levels of staffing in my division and an annual operating budget of $10 Million.

In previous roles, I have led teams of Developers, DBAs & Operations staff up to a staff of 20, provided CIO advisory services to the CIO of a global manufacturing company, and many other functions.

I am very customer-focused and instill a shared, enthusiastic commitment to customer service as a key driver of goal attainment. I am a strong team player, and willing and able to communicate effectively.
